Returns & Refunds Policy

At Little Dreamers, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order or simply change your mind, you may return eligible items to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging intact and suitable for resale.
• Returns must be received and processed by us within 30 days of purchase.
• The cost and responsibility of returning items is the customer’s responsibility, as we do not offer a collection service.
• All returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase in order for us to process a refund or exchange.
• Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] to let us know that you wish to make a return.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Furniture, wooden products, or any other items that have been assembled or partially assembled cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and show it in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
