The vast majority of orders are dispatched for 1 – 2 Day Nationwide Delivery however large furniture items can take longer.
On receipt of your Order we will contact you to provide you with an estimate of delivery time.
Should you have a query as to how long a specific item might take to deliver, you can of course contact us at;
We offer a Flat Rate Delivery Fee of €5.95 on most items, however certain large/heavy items qualify for a higher Flat Rate Shipping Charge of €25.
Shipping Charges will be calculated when you add your item to the Basket.
Shipping Charges are per Order Total and not Per Item.
We accept payment with most Credit and Debit cards and through Paypal, though we can on occasion accept payments by Cheque or Bank Transfer

Yes of course, on receipt of your Order we will send you a detailed Order Confirmation and further to this if you need a tax invoice, you can request one by emailing us at [email protected]
We will email you on dispatch and on the Day of delivery you will be provided with a one hour delivery window
We deliver Nationwide however we do not offer an assembly service.
All warranty and spares issues are handled exclusively and directly by Kidkraft to ensure a better and more efficient response to customers.
Please find link to Kidkraft Warranty/Parts Ordering Portal, where you can order and have sent directly to you, replacements for any defective or missing parts;
It will ask you for your Item Batch Number which is specific to the item that you are requesting parts for, found on the back or bottom of any KidKraft product or on the Packaging, sample image attached.
Your Parts will then be sent to you directly as soon as possible.

We offer customers the opportunity to spread the cost of their purchases by joining our Savings Club.
You can order anything from our entire range (excluding Sale items and Special Offers), secure that item with a small deposit, you can then pay in instalments or wait until nearer the time you need it, and pay in full prior to delivery, it’s up to you!.

It is really simple, here’s how it is done:

- Browse our Online Store or call to our Store in Galway and choose the gifts you would like to reserve (excluding Sale items and Special Offers).
- You can also create a Wishlist on the Online Store and email it to us, email your list or give it to us by phone.
- Call us on 091735657 to secure your order with a small deposit or make a payment on our payments page – please see link below
- We will open a Savings Account for you and take care of the rest.
- Pay Online on Payments Page or telephone us whichever suits, and pay off as much or as little as you like!
- Give us a date you would like the item’s to be collected or delivered and we will have them ready for dispatch on receipt of full payment.
